Agree The Scope
We recommend a package or a custom scope and confirm in writing what we will deliver, how long it will take and the price. Nothing starts until you agree.
Your Consultation
We speak by telephone or video call. Consultations usually take 15–60 minutes, and your first 30-minute consultation is free.
Research And Planning
Our consultants research options, compare choices and prepare your recommendations, itinerary or report.
Delivery
We email your written materials, usually as a PDF, usually within 24 hours (complex, premium or multi-country work may take 3–5 working days). Revisions included in your package are made promptly.
Reservations
If you would like help, your consultant helps you make reservations with the providers you choose and checks every confirmation against your plan.
Support While You Travel
Your consultant stays in touch during your trip. Call or email during our opening hours if plans change or you need advice.
Invoice And Payment
Once the agreed services have been delivered, we send your invoice. Payment is due on the terms shown on the invoice. For larger projects, you can pay in instalments.
Because we deliver first and invoice afterwards, you only pay for work you have received. Your statutory rights, including any applicable 14-day cancellation rights, are not affected. See our Terms of Service.
