About Our Services

What does Travel Info do?

We are a UK travel consultancy. We provide advice, research and planning: needs assessments, destination research, itineraries, flight and accommodation comparisons, accessibility planning and pre-departure guidance.

Who do you help?

Individuals, couples, families, groups and businesses, including travellers with disabilities, medical conditions or reduced mobility. See Accessible Travel.

Can you help me make reservations?

Yes. Your consultant can help you make reservations with the airlines, hotels and providers you choose, and checks each confirmation against your plan. Reservations are subject to each provider’s own terms.

Can I contact my consultant while I am travelling?

Yes. You have a dedicated consultant who stays in touch during your trip. Call or email during our opening hours if anything changes or you need advice.

Do you give visa or immigration advice?

No. We can point you to the official sources for entry and transit requirements, but we do not provide immigration or visa advice. Always confirm requirements with the relevant embassy and the UK Government’s foreign travel advice.

Can you help with travel insurance?

Yes. Our Travel Insurance Options Research service explains what to look for in a policy and compares the general options available, so you can choose cover that suits your trip.

Prices And Payment

How much do your services cost?

Your first 30-minute consultation is free, with no obligation. After that, individual services start from £25, up to fully bespoke advisory from £1,750. See the full list on our Packages & Prices page.

When do I pay?

After delivery. We confirm the scope and price before we start, deliver the agreed services, and then send your invoice.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. For larger projects, such as extensive family or group travel planning, you can pay a deposit and settle the balance in instalments on dates agreed with you.

How can I pay?

The accepted payment methods are shown on your invoice. We will never ask for card details by email, text message or social media.

Can I get a refund?

Because you pay after the agreed services have been delivered, fees for services properly performed are generally non-refundable. If something was not delivered, was incomplete or contained errors, we will review your request fairly under UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How It Works

How are services delivered?

We operate fully online, with a remote team of professional travel consultants. Consultations take place by telephone or video call. Written research, itineraries and reports are sent by email, usually as a PDF.

How long does it take?

Consultations usually take 15–60 minutes. Written reports are usually delivered within 24 hours; complex, premium or multi-country work may take 3–5 working days. We confirm the timeframe before we begin.

Can you change my itinerary after delivery?

Yes. Any revisions included in your package are confirmed in your agreed scope. Additional itinerary revisions are £40 each.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday 11am–7pm and Saturday 11am–4pm (UK time).
