How Pricing Works
| First consultation | Your first 30-minute consultation is free, with no obligation to buy further services. |

| Prices | All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total you pay for the agreed consultancy services. |
| What’s covered | Professional consultancy, research, planning and advisory services only. |
| Reservations & support | Your dedicated consultant and support while you travel are included. Reservation assistance is quoted before we start. |
| Not included | Third-party travel costs are excluded. |
| Before we start | Final fees and deliverables are agreed with you in writing before any work begins. |
| Delivery | By telephone and email (video call where required). Consultations take 15–60 minutes. Written reports are usually delivered within 24 hours; complex, premium or multi-country work may take 3–5 working days. We confirm the timeframe before we begin. |
| Payment | We invoice after the agreed services have been completed and delivered. For larger projects you can pay in instalments: a deposit followed by the balance on dates agreed with you. Payment methods are shown on your invoice. |
