1. About Us
These terms are between you and Travel Info Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17262926, whose registered office is at Regus House, 400 Thames Valley Park Drive, Reading, Berkshire, England, RG6 1PT (“Travel Info”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us on 020 3400 8555 or at support@travelinfo.uk.
2. Our Services
We provide travel consultancy and advisory services, including consultations, needs assessments, destination and supplier research, itinerary design, comparisons of travel options, accessibility planning and pre-departure guidance (“Services”).
Our role is to advise, research and plan. We can also help you make reservations with the providers you choose, and your dedicated consultant remains available during your trip within our opening hours. We are not a tour operator, we do not issue airline tickets and we do not sell ATOL-protected package holidays. Any travel you decide to book is provided under the terms and conditions of the relevant airline, accommodation provider or travel company, and any financial protection for that travel depends on the provider and the type of booking.
We do not provide immigration, visa, legal, medical, financial or insurance advice.
3. Agreeing The Services
Before we start, we will confirm in writing (usually by email) the package or Services we will provide, the expected delivery timeframe and the price (“Agreed Scope”). A contract is formed when you confirm that you would like us to proceed on that basis.
Our current packages and prices are shown on our Packages & Prices page. Any custom Services will be quoted in writing before work begins.
4. How We Deliver The Services
We deliver Services remotely by telephone, email and video call where required. Consultations typically last 15–60 minutes. Written materials, such as research, itineraries and reports, are generally delivered electronically by email in PDF format usually within 24 hours, and complex, premium or multi-country Services within 3–5 working days, depending on complexity. We will tell you the expected timeframe before work starts.
We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Our recommendations are based on information available from travel providers and official sources at the time of research. Prices, availability, schedules, policies and entry requirements are set by third parties and can change at any time. You should confirm all details directly with the relevant provider or authority before booking or travelling.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information about your plans, travellers and any requirements.
- Review the materials we send and tell us promptly if anything is incorrect or missing.
- Check the terms, prices and conditions of any travel provider before you book.
- Make sure every traveller holds valid passports, visas, health documents and insurance, and meets entry and health requirements.
6. Price, Invoicing And Payment
Your first initial consultation of up to 30 minutes is free of charge, and you are under no obligation to purchase further Services.
All prices are in pounds sterling. Consultancy and advisory fees are invoiced only after the Agreed Scope has been completed and delivered to you. For larger projects, such as extensive family or group travel planning, we can agree to split payment into a deposit and instalments, with the balance due on dates agreed with you. Payment is due on the terms stated on the invoice, using the payment methods shown on it.
By making payment you confirm that you have received the Services described on the invoice. Payment does not waive any of your statutory rights.
Each invoice lists only Services that have been agreed with you, performed and delivered.
7. Cancellation And Refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Our Liability To You
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, prices, cancellations, delays, insolvency or services of any airline, accommodation provider, transport company or other third party, or for decisions made by border, immigration or other authorities.
Our services are for private and business planning purposes. If you use them for business purposes, our total liability to you is limited to the fees paid for the Services concerned, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Intellectual Property
The materials we prepare for you are for your personal or internal business use. You may share them with people travelling with you, but you may not resell or publish them.
10. Your Personal Information
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our Services, please email complaints@travelinfo.uk with details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to give you a full response within 14 days.

13. Other Important Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you agreed the Services applies to that contract. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
